ProMedica offering sports physicals June 9, July 7

OH athletes looking to complete fall sports physical early can attend special events June 9 and July 7 presented by ProMedica.

Physicals will be available on those dates from 5:30-9 p.m. at ProMedica Wildwood Medical Center. If athletes are interested in attending the July 7 date, please fill out the demographics form and the first page of the sports physical packet and submit by June 23 (see links below). This will expedite the physical that day.

Turn in completed forms either to the Athletic Office at the Junior/Senior High School or electronically to Abby Oswald, the district's new athletic trainer.
