Fast Pass for Schedule Pick Up Day

If you are interested in expediting your process at Schedule Pick Up Day, the Junior/Senior High School is offering a Fast Pass opportunity. Please stop in the main office anytime Aug. 1-9 between 7 a.m.-3 p.m. to pay academic fees and extracurricular fees. (We can only accept personal checks in the main office.)

Once your PowerSchool Registration is completed and all fees are paid, you will receive a Fast Pass and have the opportunity skip the line at Schedule Pick Up Day. This also allows for your entire family to attend at the same time. If you choose not to prepay in the office or online the weeks before, please arrive at your scheduled time indicated in the table below.  

PowerSchool Registration

In order to register for the 2022-2023 school year, please log in to your PowerSchool account. The Returning Student Registration link (previously known as InfoSnap) is on the left side of the screen; you will be taken through a process to complete all forms required to enroll a student at the Junior/Senior High School. PowerSchool Registration must be updated each year for each student and will be open Aug. 1. 

Athletic/Extracurricular Fees

All students have been assessed the all-inclusive extracurricular/athletic fee at the start of the school year. If your student is participating in only one activity or no activities, please contact Amanda Neuendorf in the main office (419-534-5376 or ANeuendorf@ohschools.org) and an adjustment will be made on your fees. 

Laptop Upgrade & Exchange

Please bring your school-issued laptop to Schedule Pick Up Day and exchange it for your new MacBook Air. All documents must be moved off of the current laptop to Google Drive prior to Schedule Pick Up Day. 

Course Fees

All school/course fees must be paid on or BEFORE Schedule Pick Up Day using eFunds found at ohschools.org under “Parents (MyOH)” or by personal check made payable to OHLS. We highly recommend paying these before Aug. 9 in order to expedite your process at Schedule Pick Up Day. Please bring a copy of your receipt of payment to Schedule Pick Up Day. 

About Schedule Pick Up Day on Wednesday, Aug. 10

On Wednesday, Aug. 10, students are to enter through the Arrowhead doors near the flagpole and report directly to the main gym. In order to receive their official course schedule and locker assignments, all current and outstanding fees must be paid (please pay online or in the office before you arrive). 

School photos: All students, including seniors, will take school pictures on that day even if not purchasing photos. Please pay online at lifetouch.com using the code EVT48Q6S7 prior to that day. 

Pay fees: If you are unable to pay fees ahead of time, there will be a table available on that day. 

Schedules & locker information: Paper copies of schedules will be available. We have attempted to meet student requests whenever possible. Scheduling questions can be directed to Jennifer Nagy (grades 11-12) or Nikki Toliver (grades 7-8). Lockers and locks will be assigned to grades 7-8. Lockers will be assigned to grades 9-11 with locks available upon request. Lockers and locks available upon request for seniors at Schedule Pick Up Day.

Technology: This is your opportunity to exchange/pick your laptop, as well as receive any tech help you may need.

Vaccinations: All 7th and 12th graders must provide proof of required vaccinations. This is also your opportunity to submit athletic physicals and ask our school nurse, Laura Baird, any questions.
